We’ll look at what’s getting in your way and create simple, realistic strategies that fit you, your pace, your strengths, and the way your brain works best.

All coaching partnerships start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation call.
This allows us to learn more about one another and explore how I can help you reach your goals.
If we decide to proceed, we will schedule a 60-90 minute Strategy and Planning Session.
During this session, we'll dive deeper into your objectives and create a customized plan.
Following that, we'll discuss the available coaching packages, paperwork, pricing, and schedule your first full session.

On-Demand Coaching: One-time sessions for immediate support or specific issues you want to tackle without committing to a longer program.
Most of my clients work with me for 3-6 months.
This duration allows us to thoroughly address your challenges, practice new strategies, and create lasting change.
However, your journey can look different based on what you’re aiming to achieve.
We can also arrange monthly check-ins to keep you on track and ensure you’re making progress.
My focus is to help you become self-sufficient and confident in your abilities.
We'll start with a conversation to understand your needs and tailor a plan that fits you best.
That way, you can get the most out of our time together, whether it's a short-term boost or a long-term transformation.
To make things simple, I ask that payments be made in advance, similar to a subscription.
You can easily pay with any major credit or debit card through a PayPal invoice or with Zelle.
I also offer a discount when coaching programs are paid in full.
If you prefer, you can choose a payment plan option, where your credit card will be charged according to a pre-arranged schedule.
