I’m a certified ADHD Life Coach and Executive Function Specialist with a background in Life, Health, and Transformational Mastery Coaching.
Like many of the women I work with, I didn’t find out I had ADHD until later in life.
I know how frustrating it can be when your brain doesn’t seem to match your intentions; forgetting the laundry, avoiding boring tasks, making quick impulsive decisions, or just feeling like you don’t quite fit.
For years, I pushed myself to do things the “right” way, but it always felt exhausting and out of reach. My ADHD diagnosis was the missing piece that finally made it all make sense.
ADHD can feel like a rollercoaster; one minute you’re locked into hyperfocus, the next you’re frozen, unsure where to even begin.
You want change but don’t know how to start. You’re chasing motivation or just trying to finish what you already started.
That’s where coaching comes in. My approach is about slowing down, keeping it realistic, and finding ways that actually fit you.
I help you work with your brain, not against it. Together, we take it one step at a time.
We embrace our quirks, learn to stop being so hard on ourselves, and build everyday strategies that truly feel doable.
You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep doing it the hard way.
