ADHD Coaching Programs
You already know something needs to change. You’re just exhausted from going in circles trying to figure out how.
These coaching programs aren’t cookie-cutter and they aren’t about forcing yourself into routines that never stick.
We work together to understand what’s really getting in your way and create support that fits how your brain actually works, in real life, not in theory.
This is slow, steady, practical work. Not quick fixes. Not band-aids.
This is for you if you’re:
Stuck overthinking and ready to finally take action
Overwhelmed by things that “shouldn’t be this hard”
Tired of starting strong and then burning out
Wanting to understand your ADHD instead of constantly fighting it
Not sure if coaching is right for you? That's fair. You've probably tried things before that didn't work.
This 90-minute session isn't about me convincing you of anything.
It's about getting real about what's actually keeping you stuck, whether that's the overthinking, the pile of things you "should" be doing, or that gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
We'll dig into:
What's really blocking you (not just surface stuff)
Your ADHD patterns and how they show up in your daily life
Where you are now vs. where you want to be
Whether coaching is actually the right fit for you
You'll walk away with clarity on what needs to change and a realistic sense of whether we're a good match.
No pressure, no sales pitch, just honest insight into what's possible.
What you get: 90 minutes + follow-up summary with personalized insights
You’ll also get an exclusive ADHD Life Coaching Workbook sent to your email, ready for the session.
No prep required, just show up as you are.

Feeling stuck? This 4-week program can help you start moving again, without overwhelm.
A lot of my clients worry about falling into ruts or losing momentum. And here’s the truth: that usually happens when we try to change too much at once. That’s not what we do here.
We slow things down and focus on small, manageable steps. Pieces that feel doable, so you don’t get overwhelmed before you even start.
Think of this as building your foundation. In 30 days, you won’t have it all figured out and you don’t need to. What you will get is a clear sense of what works for your brain, what doesn’t, and how to keep moving forward.
This program helps you:
Get out of stuck mode
Create momentum without burning out
Start building habits and systems you can actually maintain
It’s not about perfection. It’s about real progress you can see and feel, one step at a time.

This option is for you if you don’t just need a jumpstart , you need steady support while you build new habits and ways of doing things.
We start with a short consultation by phone or Zoom so you can ask questions and make sure this feels like the right fit. No pressure. If we decide to move forward, we’ll work together over 12 weeks with consistent coaching and support.
We’ll begin with a Strategy & Planning Session, where we look at what’s been hard, what’s already working (even if it doesn’t feel like it), and what you want life to feel like moving forward.
From there, we meet weekly. These sessions are practical and real-life focused. We talk through what’s coming up for you, what’s getting in the way, and how to adjust things so they actually work outside of the session not just on paper.
Between sessions, you’re not on your own. You’ll have:
Ongoing check-ins by text or email
A place to share wins or ask questions when something comes up
Access to Wednesday Focused Work Sessions for extra structure and support
This is not about fixing you. It’s about learning how to work with your ADHD over time with someone in your corner.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll work on things like:
Getting clearer on what you want (and what you don’t)
Making everyday tasks feel more manageable
Creating routines that don’t fall apart after a good week
Staying organized in ways that actually make sense for you
Building confidence as you start to see progress stick
You don’t need to have a perfect goal or plan before starting. We figure that out together, one step at a time.

If you’re tired of starting over every few weeks and want support while real change happens, this is the most supportive way to work together.
To begin,
Set up an initial consultation, either via phone or Zoom, depending on your preference.
This gives you the chance to ask questions and learn more about the coaching process.
If you agree that ADHD Coaching is right for you, you'll commit to a 6 Month Package, which includes 17 private coaching sessions.
During each of these weekly sessions, You’ll utilize the 4th week of each month as an Integration Week during which you can more fully experiment with what you are learning while you continue to step into new ways of thinking, doing and being.
Next,
Coaching begins with a Strategy & Planning session.
In this session, you’ll discuss your challenges, highlight your strengths, and share an overall picture of where you would like to be.
Each weekly session is designed to help you gain new insights and awareness around your ADHD.
Together, you will create strategies and systems that move you toward your vision of success.
In an addition,
Midpoint Review and Strategy Adjustment
Around the 3-month mark, we’ll conduct a comprehensive progress review.
We’ll assess what’s working and identify areas needing adjustment.
Through this feedback session, we’ll refine and optimize your action plan to ensure continued progress.
What to expect,
Accountability check-ins are in addition to weekly sessions and are designed to support you in achieving your bi-weekly objectives.
You can count on regular support check-ins via text and email; a chance to share successes and ask questions if you run into any challenges.
In addition, you’ll have a standing invitation to our Wednesday Productivity Power Hours to help get things done during the week; with someone else in charge of the timer!
Final Review and Future Planning
Towards the end of the program, we’ll conduct a comprehensive final review.
Together, we’ll summarize your progress and develop a long-term plan to sustain your achievements.

Why clients love it:
"Trish helped me get out of my own head. I felt stuck all the time… small changes made a huge difference."
"I felt seen and heard. Trish actually got what I was struggling with."

Can you relate to this?
You know exactly what you need to do. The project is right there. The deadline is looming.
But somehow, you just... can't start.
Or maybe you start, but then you're suddenly reorganizing your desk drawer, checking your phone, or making your third cup of coffee, anything but the actual task.
And the worst part? The guilt. The shame. That voice in your head saying, "Why can't I just DO this? Everyone else seems fine. What's wrong with me?"
Here's what I know to be true: Nothing is wrong with you.
Your ADHD brain just works differently. And here's the thing most people don't tell you; sometimes, you just need someone else in the room (even virtually) to help your brain click into gear.
That's exactly why I created Body Doubling Sessions.
Here's how it works:
We hop on Zoom together, just you, me, and a few other people who totally get it.
No cameras required if you're not feeling it. No forced small talk.
We do a quick 5-minute check-in at the start: What are you working on today? What's one thing you want to accomplish?
Then we work. Side by side. In focused silence (or with soft background music if that helps you).
Every 25-50 minutes, we take a quick break, check in, celebrate wins (even the tiny ones!), and get back to it.
No judgment. No pressure. Just the accountability your brain has been craving.
You bring your laundry, emails, work project, that thing you've been avoiding for three weeks, whatever it is, we'll tackle it together.
Here's what makes this different:
I get it because I've lived it. Before my ADHD diagnosis, I spent years thinking I was lazy or broken. I'd sit at my desk for hours and accomplish... nothing. The tasks weren't hard, my brain just wouldn't cooperate.
Body doubling changed everything for me. Having another person there (even if they're doing their own thing) creates just enough external structure to help my brain focus.
And now? I want to give that same gift to you.
What my clients are saying:
"I finally finished that project I'd been avoiding for two months! Having Trish there made all the difference, I didn't feel alone anymore." – Sarah M.
"I was skeptical at first, but wow. I got more done in one 60-minute session than I had all week." – Jennifer L.
Here's what you get:
Group Sessions – Work alongside 4-6 other people who get it
Duration: 60 minutes (perfect for getting into flow without burnout)
Investment: $15 per session
Private 1-on-1 Sessions – Just you and me, customized to your needs
Duration: 45 or 60 minutes (you choose)
Investment: $35 per session
Try it FREE – Your first session is completely free so you can see if it's right for you. No strings attached. No pressure. Just come as you are and see how it feels.
P.S.
If you’re in one of my coaching programs, body doubling is already part of your support — there’s nothing extra to sign up for or pay.

"I'll do it later."
You've been saying it for days. Maybe weeks. The task isn't even that hard. But every time you sit down to start, your brain just... freezes.
Or you get overwhelmed before you even begin. You're stuck in analysis paralysis, trying to figure out the "perfect" way to start, so you end up doing nothing at all.
And then the frustration kicks in. "Why is this so hard? Why can't I just START?"
Here's the truth:
It's not laziness. It's not lack of willpower. It's not a character flaw.
It's how your ADHD brain processes motivation—and no one ever taught you how to work with it.
In this 60-minute ADHD-friendly workshop, you'll discover:
What's really behind your motivation struggles (hint: it's not what you think)
Why "just do it" doesn't work for ADHD brains (and what does)
Simple, practical tools to help you actually start—without the dread
How to work WITH your brain, not against it (this changes everything)
This workshop is designed specifically for ADHD brains, bite-sized, actionable, and zero fluff.
Investment: $57

Let me guess...
You've spent years thinking something was fundamentally wrong with you.
You lose your keys daily. You forget why you walked into rooms. You have 17 half-finished projects haunting you. Your to-do list is a disaster. Time just... vanishes. And no matter how hard you try, you can't seem to "get it together" like everyone else.
And here's the part that really hurts: You've started to believe the story that you're lazy. Messy. Broken. Too much. Not enough.
But what if I told you that none of that is true?
Here's what's really going on:
Your brain isn't broken, it's just wired differently. And no one ever taught you how to work WITH your ADHD brain instead of fighting against it.
I know this because this was my story too.
For years, I struggled. I developed my own systems and workarounds that helped me function, but I didn't understand why I needed them. I was my own harshest critic, constantly frustrated that I couldn't just "be normal."
Then came the hormonal changes. Suddenly, all my carefully constructed systems fell apart. Nothing worked anymore. I felt like I was drowning.
That's when I finally got my ADHD diagnosis.
And honestly? It was both a relief and a gut punch. Relief because finally, there was an explanation. A gut punch because I kept thinking, "Why didn't anyone see this sooner? Why didn't my doctors catch this? Why didn't my parents notice?"
But here's what I've learned: It doesn't matter that we were diagnosed late. What matters is what we do now.
Introducing: The ADHD Women's Group Coaching Program
This isn't another tips-and-tricks program that tells you to "just set a timer" or "make a list."
This is a place where your brain finally makes sense. Where "me too" becomes your favorite phrase. Where you'll build real strategies that actually work for YOUR life, not someone else's.
Here's what we'll tackle together over 6 weeks:
Week 1: Understanding Your ADHD Brain
Why it works the way it does, and why that's actually your superpower
Week 2: The Starting Problem
How to actually begin tasks without the dread and procrastination spiral
Week 3: The Finishing Problem
Strategies for following through when your brain wants to move on
Week 4: Time & Energy Management
Working with your natural rhythms instead of against them
Week 5: Building Systems That Stick
Creating routines that don't fall apart by Tuesday
Week 6: Letting Go of Shame
You're not broken, you're just different, and that's more than okay
What makes this program different:
Small group (8 women max) – This isn't a webinar with 100 people. You'll actually get to know each other.
Weekly 90-minute live sessions – Real-time coaching, support, and connection
Peer accountability – Because sometimes other people "get it" better than anyone else
A shame-free zone – No judgment. Just understanding, validation, and practical support.
What past clients are saying:
"Trish was a great listener. She was engaged in the conversation without hesitation. I felt seen and heard with her as my coach."
"She gave us the tools to work through our problems and gave us homework to do weekly."
"Trish honestly helped me get out of my own head. I used to feel stuck all the time... she helped me figure out small changes that actually worked for me."
Investment:
Regular Price: $497 for the complete 6-week program
Founding Member Rate: $397 (for the first cohort only)
This breaks down to less than $67 per session—a fraction of what you'd pay for 1-on-1 coaching, but with the added benefit of community support from women who truly understand what you're going through.
Spots are limited to 8 women so we can keep it intimate and supportive.

Let’s start with a quick call.
This is your chance to ask anything, see how ADHD coaching works, and figure out what kind of support would actually help you get stuff done. We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, what you want to feel or accomplish, and come up with a plan that feels doable, not overwhelming. By the end, you’ll know which next step makes the most sense for you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out, just start from where you are. The first step is as simple as having one conversation. Let’s talk and see what actually works for your brain.
