As a Certified Life, Health, and ADHD Life Coach, I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step especially when life with ADHD makes even the simplest things feel messy or chaotic.
One minute you’re in hyperfocus, completely absorbed in a task, and the next you’re frozen, distracted, or wondering where you left your phone or keys or if you ever switched the laundry to the dryer.
I get it, because I’ve been there too (and still have those moments).
Being diagnosed with ADHD later in life helped me understand so much about myself. I used to be my own biggest critic, frustrated that I couldn’t stay consistent or motivated the “right” way.
Over time, I’ve learned to see myself differently, to notice not just the challenges, but also the incredible strengths that come with an ADHD brain: creativity, energy, curiosity, and a unique way of connecting ideas.
